TRUMPF TRULASER
TruLaser 3030 fibre is one of the quickest machines for all your cutting tasks. They impress with their high level of flexibility and cost-effectiveness: you can cut all sheet thickness profitability. The TruFibre solid-state laser enables the processing of non-ferrous metals and gives you a productivity advantage in thin and thick sheet metal. Bright line fibre guarantees the highest edge quality and facilitates part removal; numerous other functions ensure the highest reliability and performance possible.

DYNAMIC FLOW WATERJET
KEY FEATURES
PRODUCTIVITY
Cut parts 2 to 4 times faster than a conventional flat stock water jet cutting machines. In addition, achieve consistent tolerance layer to layer with true part stacking ability.
QUALITY
Gives you the ability to cut parts faster and more accurately than with a standard non-Dynamic water jet.
EASY TO PROGRAM
5-axis head articulations all occur behind the scenes automatically. No special training or water jet cut part knowledge is required to gain the benefits of this technology.
VERSATILITY
Able to cut a variety of materials, such as metal, stone, glass and composites. The Z axis can also carry the pure water jet cutting head, thereby providing the ability to cut soft materials on the same machine.
Aqua Blast 1515
The process cleans by flow to produce a 'soft' finish, while eliminating impact. With water acting as a lubricant, media impregnation is avoided and the life of the blast media consequently extended.
THE FULL PROCESS IS DETAILED BELOW:
- The water/media slurry is contained within the wet blasting cabinet sump.
- Delivery of the slurry to the manual blast nozzle is via a gland less polyurethane pump and associated hoses located inside the wet blasting machine.
-Compressed air is added at the blast nozzle to accelerate the slurry and provide the cleaning effect.
- After contact with the component, the slurry the drains back into the sump creating a recirculating system.
- Fine broken-down media and other contaminants are fed via an overflow to a sedimentation filter, located at the rear of the wet blasting machine.

AXYZ Router
Our Router machine, equipped with a dynamic head, can cut many different materials, such as:
- Various plastics
- Wood, including Plywood and MDF
-Aluminium composite panels
The Router can cut a maximum sheet size of 4000mm x 2000mm, up to 50mm thickness. The router compliments our water jet cutting machines and greatly expands our options.
Peel 3D Scanner
With our Peel 3D Scanner we can scan objects, from hand made parts, to machined items and bring them into our software. This then enables our CAD team to reverse engineer the items to our customers' requirements.
If our customers just want the items scanned, we can then supply them with the scans, exporting the files in many different formats.
